weekend recipe: (vegan) raspberry muffins

I really can’t give you a count for how many times I’ve made these muffins in the last few months. More than 5, less than 20? They are just. so. good. Once again, head over to Chocolate Covered Katie for the recipe. The serving size is for 2 muffins, but I usually double or triple it because (if I’m sharing with Nate), one is never enough.
