twenty-nine

I woke up Wednesday (the morning of my birthday) expecting the heavy dread I felt last year- from the reality of closing out my 20’s. But I must have worked out the majority of my anxiety last year, because for my 29th, I was quite untroubled and cheerful.

The day started with brunch at Le Pain, followed by desserts at the Eagle Rock Bakery with the girls I nanny:

and ended with Nate’s affection and attention over a delicious dinner…

It was a good day.

Thank you for all the well wishes- I felt so loved!
