biscuits for your friday

I made these this week for the first time, and they were delicious!

This recipe is from the Everyday Happy Herbivore cookbook.  They’re vegan, 76 calories a biscuit (without the glaze), and took me minutes to whip together.  I used the left-over pumpkin to make a curry for dinner (also good, but I didn’t take pictures!).  I highly recommend these for your weekend!
