it’s me.

So I spent some time today (while steaming milk and brewing coffee) thinking about the focus of my blog.  I imagine there will be posts I’ll simply report on life events, experiences, random thoughts, blah, blah… I do, however, want to provide some enrichment for potential readers (are they out there?) in areas of particular interest to me.  This includes, but is not limited to, favorite foods, books, people, destinations, etc.  Don’t be surprised if I frequent the subject of food, as it is one of my favorite topics.  I blame my parents, as I was forced to clean my plate as a child, no matter what was on it, and was rewarded with delicious desserts, most often ice cream.
